Guarantees

• All bows are hand made with love and to my absolute best efforts.
• Quality materials are used with strong adhesives and durable clips for the bows to last.

Payment Terms

• We only accept EFTS at the moment.
• Please note items are only sent off for delivery once full payment is recieved, a proof of payment will not be excepted until full payment has been received.

Lead Times

• Just because all bows are hand made, you should except your orders within a 7 day period, after payment received. Although I strive to complete all orders the same day they are placed.

Delivery policy

• All shipping costs will be calculated within the time you are placing your order. For an example : When I quote you for the products you are ordering, I will add your additional delivery charges onto it.
• Charges may vary depending on location and size of the product/s ordered

• All information given by the consumer for any reason will be kept confidential and will not be used in any predatory way.

Disclaimer /Warning

• For children under 3, adult supervision is required as our use of small clips and acceseries can be a chocking hazzard for your young ones.
• Please note all bows are hand made by myself Valerie , the owner. I will always strive for perfection, although we must also keep in mind that imperfections are beauty at its finest, hence not every bow will be made exactly identical.
